Scott began his career with Pella in 1991 as a Finance Manager. Over the past three decades he has held various finance role in Pella manufacturing, marketing & sales, and distribution. Scotts current role as CFO includes oversight of HR, Finance, Accounting and Administration.

Adam joined Pella in 2010, bringing with him extensive sales skills and a passion for leading a customer-focused sales force. His goal is to help customers have the easiest, most enjoyable replacement experience.
Ed's career with Pella Windows & Doors spans over 3 decades, during which time He has worked in Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Sales. Prior to Ed taking the helm of Pella Northland in 2012, he was Pella Corporation's VP of Sales. Ed enjoys using his industry experience and passion for working with customers to grow the business.
Kevin manages day-to-day purchasing, product pre-finishing, logistics and delivery, and the warehouse for Pella Northland, with extensive logistics and product knowledge cultivated over a 30-plus-year career with Pella.
General Manager Trade and Commercial Sales
Brian joined Pella in 1997 at the Corporate Office and held several roles in Manufacturing and Sales until joining Pella Northland in 2008. He has worked with our sales teams building partnerships with Trade and Commercial builders, contractors owners and architects in the Sales Manager role for many years and he has been active in many local industry organizations. Currently, Brian is General Manager of Trade and Commercial Sales leading our talented Trade team working to deliver an exceptional customer experience to Trade & Commercial Professionals and their clients.
Retail Order Fulfillment Manager
Chad started with Pella in 2004, and leads the Retail Order Fulfillment team, ensuring a seamless, customer focused ordering and installation process. Chad brings with him experience in manufacturing, operations, and sales leadership experience prior to his time with Pella Northland.
